How to Make Almond (Badaam) Sheera for New Moms

  • 1 ½ cups almonds (badaam)
  • three cups double toned or skimmed milk
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • ½ cup sugar

Soak almonds in a single day. Peel the pores and skin off and grind to wonderful paste. Warmth ghee in a heavy bottomed kadai. Fry the almond paste on a low flame until it turns to gentle brown.
